My biggest concern with taking finasteride is the ED. There are way too many people online claiming permenant ED. That is life ending in my eyes. Lipo is expensive but the parts of the ointment which block DHT or reduce them i don't think will cause permanent ED due to the nature of it being absorbed into the scalp as opposed to being digested. I've seen the odd comment about this. Not sure how true it is. But i've had ED for other reasons and really don't want to go through it again.

Lipo is expensive at £25/$25 a month but i'd rather pay more if it means i wont run the risk of permenent ED apparently due to it being an ointment not a pill.

What do you guys think? Will it block DHT?

the purported DHT blocker in lipogain is azelaic acid. It showed anit-DHT in lab studies but there aren't any evidence that it is effective in human trials.
