good luck with the propecia redbone, the math's says you won't need it (the luck that is) but good luck anyhow.Also are you taking an antioxidant with your L-Arginine? and are you supplimenting biotin when taking Alpha-Lipoic-Acid?

Thanks all, I payed $58.67 for one month at my Brooks drugs which is expensive.

I take green tea and Grape seed as well as a potent multi Vit 2x a day with my Arginine regiem. I dont know what you call Anti oxidants, is that what you meant. After a month and a half no problems.

ALA and 1.4mg of Biotin a day soon to be 2mg.

the green tea and grape seed are very good antioxidants and there is more than likley A, C and E in your multi (all antioxidants)

After a month and a half no problems

the effects of excesive oxidation takes years even decades to rear it's wrinkly head.

ALA and 1.4mg of Biotin a day soon to be 2mg.

when taking 200mg or more of Alpha-Lipoic-Acid it is recommended supplimenting at least 2.5mg of Biotin, this is just to cover that fact that both ALA and biotin are competing for receptors, so to gain any of the hair health/growth benifits it may be prudent to suppliment with even more.

just a thought.

yeah sounds good to me, try and take the ALA and some biotin (say 2.5mg) at the same time, as the ALA doesn't hang around your body too long (a few hours) so taking the ALA in the morning then Biotin in the evening might mean you are taking too much biotin at that point, which can compete with other vitamins!

jeeez it's a bit complex!!

Are you sure about this? I have read bodybuilding sites that say to take 600- 1000mg of R-ALA per day for that sustained pump.

Also I think I should take my Arginine with food because it is makeing me crazy. I take 2g of the powder all at once twice a day on an empty stomach. I feel nautious some times and very hyper.

I'm taking 3g/day, all of it in the evening about an hour before bed time. I've never felt nauseous, but occasionally I do get that hyper feeling. I also take 2g of lysine at that same time. I read somewhere that the pituitary is most active between 1 - 3 A.M. I don't know if thats correct, but thats my reasoning for taking it all at night. If someone has better info, please post it.
In the morning I take vit C and E, those being my antioxidants.

I take my L-arg in the morning and in the night b4 bed time (2g each). and The mega Man Multi Vit in the afternoons, Megaman does have Anti Oxidants, but do u think it should be taken along with L-arg?
