IT's amazing what putty can do...

... to someone who has full coverage (NW1ish) but 50%+ diffused. I look at my hair and it dawns on me that the whole top is turning into this frizzy pubic hair style stuff. I put putty in it and style it... and I get compliments from girls about how I have such a nice thick head of hair.

It's such a big difference that I almost feel guilty when I have it on, almost as if I was using a concealer.

I think it's because I have very high hair density (hairs per square mm) but almost all of these are minituarized. putty makes 3-4 stick together at a time to make it look I have a full coverage of thick hair shafts.

Anyone in a similar boat?

thats what im thinking about doing cept my sides are thinning and i have a longer hair style. i feel guilty when girls compliment me on my hair but they have no idea how shitty it looks when i have nothing on. hair wax is awesome

Without a styling product my hair looks frizzy as well. At the moment I use L'oreal Remix paste, that's what the box says, it's basically a putty. I could use any gel, putty, wax, gum, etc, I'm not very picky but L'Oreal Remix is the one I like most.

hey what brand of putty do you guys use?

when i have short hair i use american crew fiber which is good but greasy, when longer i use a paste. Never tried putty though

I use Fudge Hair Shaper Lite, works a treat for me!
