Im wondering if anyone's tried alternatives to finasteride like hair supplements? My cousin's mate tried It Really Works Vitamins and they seem to be working for him but I'm after a second opinion before going for it!

It depends---if you have Androgen dysfunction in the scalp causing hair loss then they won't help. If you have alopecia areta then it won't help. If you have a vitamin deficiency or you are have more brittle hair or maybe less full, and do not have a disorder then it can help.
