i find myself constantly in sleep waking up and checking, if the hair system hasn't somehow folded or become unattached. i don't know, if that's the reason i'm really waking up or when i wake up, i just automatically check my posture. isn't your sleep disturbed by wearing a hair system?

I have tended to sleep on my front and an arm - done that for years first with my hairstyle and then fibres and now now so no problem

*sigh* ....the intrusions endured to maintain an appearance of normalcy....the impact of hair loss is SO much deeper than those who don't go through it will ever understand.

I think this is just a teething problem - you are just not used to the feel of the piece on your head. But you will get used to it in a week or two and then it will cease to be an issue.

I am assuming the unit is not actually moving around or coming loose? That would be a different kind of problem.
