Is this male pattern baldness?

Please help me .. I am 22 and really worried because of hair thinning. Please see the images and kindly advice if I am suffering from Male pattern Baldness. My doctor says I do not have male pattern baldness , and the cause is most likely stress. and that I could make my thin hair thick again. Any tips would be appreciated. Please tell me this can be reversed!!!

I have not checked my thyroid yet.. i will get a test done at the earliest. Thank you for the help
