Is There Any Way To Avoid Wrinkles At The Lace Base System?

Hi guys

Is there any way to avoid wrinkles at the lace base system when using adhesive tape? I can't avoid it.

I put the lace on the table, lace facing up, I attach the tape to the lace, I spritz some alcohol over my scalp to gain few seconds for adjustments and I attach the lace in place.

Afterwards I feel wrinkles in the perimeter of the lace (where the tape is).

What am I doing wrong?

That all sounds right. Could it be that the system itself is not a good fit?

Sorry not good english, but maibe try to place it in a round place when attaching the tape, i use my knee.
also dont leave spaces bettwen the tape and attach the tape very carefully and full extended.

i think experience help, at the beggining got a few wrinkle now not common, but still happened sometime
