Is There A 24 Hour Wait Time For Tape ?

Hi everyone.

So I have ordered my first system and it should be in around the first of April. I plan on having a taped perimeter with 3 mil tape in the front, SuperTape behind it for reinforcement, and SuperTape around the sides and back. I've seen a lot about the 24 hour wait time for glues before you can sweat or get it wet but I haven't been able to find if there is also a wait for tapes. So, does that wait time also apply to tapes?

It may be a personal thing which is different for each individual, but I haven't had tape go white, as glue can if it gets wet too quickly. To be on the safe side I would put the tape on in a cool dry place and then avoid sweating heavily for a couple of hours (i.e. no running or gym). After that you should be safe.
