I’m thinking of starting it. Been on dutasteride for 2 years and have only been losing.
If you’re not trans then don’t do it
I’m kind of desperate at this point my genetics are too strong. The only way I can regrow my hair is through hrt. Might have to do itThis. If you value your masculinity, as in, if you in any way identify as male, don't do it.
Will i look like a girl with spironolactone 200mg and estradiol 1mgIf you’re not trans then don’t do it

I have too choose between being bald and depressed or have nice hair but look like a girl and be infertile. Hard man. It's ultimately only your decision. How stronlgy are you attached to the 'feeling of being a man', to put it bluntly?
Don't be swayed by the hrt cult in their fun little containment thread. Nothing against those guys, but I'm willing to bet most of them didn't value that feeling to the same degree most men would.
What I'm saying is, reflect deeply on your hierarchy of priorities tbh

Try adding a topical AA. If it stabilizes then get a hair transplant. If not then you will have to decide what you want, hair and gyno or no hair and no gyno.
I’m going to stick with just dutasteride and derma rolling for a year. Hopefully I get good resultsOP low-key wants to do it and is using his “hair loss” as a reason. It’s ok, no one will judge, rock on with your cuck gone
Like what?If duta can't save you then get a hair system or shave it. If you go the "tranny" route you will be dealing with more problems than just hairloss.

Hopefully dutasteride does it for me then. How is your regimen working out for you?A big fat NO to both those suggestion' i'll be on full blown HRT before i shave it or get a bloody wig lol But it's for each individual to come to a decision on that i guess, btw i don't know if the OP is trolling or not since his hair seems fine to me.

That sucks man. Sorry about thatI used letrozole for nearly 2 months which completely destroyed my crown, im hoping i can recover from the shed and damage it did and see by decembrish where i stand, if im still not happy with my hair by beginning of next year i may, stress may consider adding 2mg estradiol but im still undecided on that but hopefully it won't be needed.
