Is seeing scalp under lighting always mean diffuse?

It's normal hairline, u are not balding. Even some kids have crown like urs (sry 4 english). Just watch the crown, dont use drugs.

Your hairline is fine, NW1 at worst. Plus your crown is fine. You have straight dark hair and light skin, add in light and camera flash exposure and you will see scalp where hair naturally changes direction. My hair has been like that since my 20s and I'm now 42 and its the same. You can see crowns displaying scalp the way your does in children with full heads of hair.

Yes no meds at all. Just vitamin D supps as derm said I was deficient.

I actually see a minor difference. That little brown dot is on the hairline in the first picture but it moved away a little on the second one. Also the corner is more round in the second one. Could be maturing hairline.

Maybe it’s the lighting? Maybe finasteride made me lose a little because I feel like I’m still recovering from a massive shed while I was on it. What Norwood am I at now?

Imo that is a very obvious change in angle. You're fine bro, Norwood 1 going strong

Update: how are things looking ? I’m worried my hair is getting worse but not sure. Anyone think I’m balding yet? Debating to hop back on finasteride once I see a trichologist.
