Is seeing scalp under lighting always mean diffuse?

I been noticing this central parting more exposed under lighting. Crown is good no thinning there which is good just the middle. Is this difffuse or Telogen Effluvium of some kind? My hair also feels less dense throughout my whole head.

My density has dropped significantly since November. I can see my scalp more under lighting where I couldn’t before. I feel like I might be diffusing. I’m 26 years old if that helps. The first pic looks like I parted my hair but it’s not, it’s actually combed straight.

Yeah I see that small spot in the midscalp region. I have that too if I comb my hair down and part it like that. It worrys me too. But I think it's just how your hair parts.
I think I might have telogen effluvium as my crown nor hairline look like their getting destroyed. Just weird it’s midscalp

Keep an eye on it. Did you check with dermatologist on the male pattern baldness?
Seeing one on Wednesday. Here’s hairline and crown. Which I think look fine. What do you think? My overall density just feels shot. Like 40% reduction. Maybe that’s why scalp is more visible now?

Hairline looks fine.
Hey bro. Your user name is diffused so you probably know about diffuse thinning right?

My hair is the same as this guys if I comb it straight forward but if I part it that's the diff story. Could you kindly check my post on my story to check how bad mine is as if finasteride alone will save it?

Derm wasn’t much help. Did blood work. Thinks I have telogen effluvium or both Androgenetic Alopecia and Telogen Effluvium. but not sure if it’s male pattern baldness. Only reason she thinks it could be both is family history. Seeing a trichologist in august to settle this. What can I do in the meantime?

Could be miniaturized hairs. What people don't know is that the first stage of hair loss is actually loss of density across the scalp. By the time the hairline starts going you probably lost like a third of your hair.

Well my hairline is fine I think. Its just density I feel has taken a hit, unless finasteride cause a bad shed and I’m still recovering from it. Here’s a good pic of my crown area.

I feel like most dermatologist don’t know jack. She tried to tell me propecia cannot cause shedding and to just use minoxidil for life if I do have pattern hair loss. Lmao. Can’t wait to see the trichologist soon.
