Is My Hairline Maturing Or Am I Balding?

Hello,

I have realize that the corner of my hairline is lower than the center. I am only 23 this year and this has been on my mind for the past few weeks. would appreciate any response. am i balding? if yes, is it very bad?

Look like you are at the same spot as me going towards a NW2. Did ur dad bald young? Is ur hairline different now than it was this time last year? Did ur dads brothers or moms brothers bald at a young age? Are you noticing more than normal hairloss in showers/pillows?

My dad started balding in his mid thirties. My hairline had always been lower in the center but it is only recently where i realize the corner is way higher and that i might be balding. is Norwood 2 very bad? do you mind showing a picture of your hairline?

Yeah NW2 right now but it may advance.
How fast this happens? Only your DNA knows the answer.

Looks to be male pattern baldness. You are a NW2 at the worst which is a good place to be. finasteride should stop that for you.

How do you guys tell that it is 100%male pattern baldness? Isit the baby hair at the sides? Is no chance that it is a maturing hairline? Worried about starting such a long term regimen at my age

My advice is not to start any medication at this stage. Just make sure to use a medical fda approved shampoo.
If you have to start using minoxidil, dont apply it to your temples it will ruin them.
