Hi fellows. I recently realized that my hairline has been slowly receding for the past couple of years. Thats fine i dont mind that look but im wondering if the rest of my hair is thinning, specificly the crown. I have a cowick in that area which i had for my entire life but i cant but feel like the hair around it is thinning. Can you tell your opinion? Do you think this will escalate into a bald spot? The last picture is from 9 years ago just to compare the cowlick

No. Your hairline has receded a bit though.

There is a possibility it will thin more but when it will happen is impossible to predict. You and I have basically the same type of hair and recession. However, I am old enough to be your dad. So if you are like me, you will stay like that for a long time.
