God damn it you have better hair than I do, and I'm 20. I wish I could have at least lived my 20s with no hairloss. This sh*t is driving me crazy.

I think your crown is okay, but your hair line is starting to take a hit. Hair line still looks great; you're like a Norwood 2ish (some might even say 1.5). Get on finasteride to maintain and thicken.

I want to but my family says my hairloss is not that bad to take finasteride

I bought the pills but I'm still not sure if I wanna risk my dick for it.. I know that there is a very low chance something will happen but I'm worried about permanent sexual side effects after quitting them as from what I have seen, most people get a crash after quitting the drug and then have long term sexual side effects.. I'm only 20 I still want to f***, but on the other hand if I go bald it will be a lot harder to find a girl to f***, I'm in a dilemma

Gynecomastia (man boobs) from finasteride is a rare side effect from what I know. Your doctor talks bullshit when he says only older men should take finasteride, and in your case the longer you wait the balder you'll get. Your hair is not bad yet, but you show the classic signs of Androgenic Alopecia in both hairline and crown. Trust me, it will only get worse. You have to decide what is more important to you, your hair - or the small chance that you could grow man boobs or get sexual side effects.

Yeah tbh your hairloss isn't even that bad, it doesn't seem to be aggressive and if I were in your position I wouldn't take it, but I'm 20 and I at least want to have hair in my 20s..

Get on it now, it will help maintain your current hair and thicken up some of it. I got on finasteride during the very early stages of male pattern baldness and my hair hasn't changed (in a good way) since I started the drug nearly 2 years ago.

Try coconut oil or castor oil it's really good for hair loss I've read it online

Just like me my family my Doctor keep telling me not to take them and I keep reading bad reviews online drives me crazy I really don't want to lose more hair

It looks like yours but my hairline is worst. I have temple recession, frontal thinning and recently i've noticed that my crown it's starting to thin too. I'm just on minoxidil.
