On finasteride and minoxidil 1 month and getting a bit impatient waiting for results. Am I wasting my time or not. I've seen worse cases of hair loss than mine make full recoveries. Am I in with a chance. Also what's my Norwood?

I think there is plenty of hope for you.....you seem to be a norwood 3 with diffuse thinning, also you have low contrast between hair colour and skin colour which helps....think you could thicken up existing hair and with a lot of hail mary's maybe grow some on the temple area.

Okay that's good to hear. Does it matter that the hair loss is very gradual (started at 15 and I'm 24 now)

Probably slightly easier to regain lost hair when you're young but also the younger you are experiencing male pattern baldness obviously the more aggresive the male pattern baldness gene so could go either way.
Good luck.
