Is It Normal To Shed 30 Hairs When I Brush My Hair ?

I just woke up about 30 mins ago, felt an itchy scalp and went bathroom to brush my hair and get rid of it. I noticed after i brushed my hair that 30 hairs or more had fallen. Is this normal for a NW2 ? Is my hair loss getting more serious and rapid ?

Its hard to say, is this the first time it hss happened? Its definitely happened to me before and i used to lose almost 80 hairs a day before lunch just by taking a shower. Are you on any medication?
