In most cases, yes, T levels are elevated when you first start drugs like finasteride. You might experience oily skin, and acne which result from excessive free floating T acting on skin glands etc. But, your body usually adjusts itself and oily skin etc reverts to normal. Theoretically, T levels are also balanced by your body through negative feedback system in body. We would be interested in knowing how long you have been using finasteride and when you had your T level test and if T high levels are constant for you or if there has been fluctuation.I was wondering, after getting back my blood tests it was shown that my testosterone levels were markedly elevated (not very much), I was wondering if this is expected while taking propecia?
thanks
