One of the worst side effects of finasteride is impotence,so my question is ,is impotence is curable?Ive read on the internet that it is curable with the right medical pills and healthy food but if that is true why people still are so scared of finasteride?

It is incurable if you're too lazy for an extended fast followed by clean diet and exercise.

impotence is not a simple thing to fix. Stuff like v**** just increases blood flow, but your brain plays a role in getting excited. If finasteride changes your neurosteroid levels (it does) then it might be a nervous system or brain issue more then a physical one. You wont be able to cure that.
If its just a physical thing then yeah cialis/v**** might fix it.
