13years appart same conclusion.

funnily enough some supplement which have shown to be helpfull against AAG are pro testosterone.(fenugreek zinc, nettle, dim etc...) Time to raise Testo?
very interesting. follicles sensitivity seems to have its own rules, and lowering dht serum appears pretty obsolete and comes with costs.
insulin sensivity still hides many answers tho

Any non-hair benefits?

Well it has many benefits.
-It mimics calorie restriction and activates a gene that is responsible for longevity.
-It fights insulin resistance, which in turn fights blood glucose and thus type 2 diabetes
-good for gut health and lets your stomach rest for a couple of hours
- autophagy: which strengthens cells and recycles bad cells
-raises test and muscle growth
-fights high blood pressure
-lose fat
-...... and so on. :)
