Imagine being on 2.5mg dutasteride for life. Not only would the sexual side effects drive you insane, but you’d also be slowly f*****g up your insulin and other sh*t like your liver lol. sh*t genes causes desperation though

The common replies ( no sides) i was on dutasteride for 1.5 years oral and topical. Results 1 drop of ejaculation and hair twice as thin, been off dutasteride 3 years and hair is stable and no continued thinning. Fuk this guy for saying to continue when he is even on RU too xD

I speak from a standpoint of personal and practical experience. I can't tell you how many cases of people I have seen who have gotten worsened hair on these drugs particularly dutasteride. Shouldn't have used the word denser. Looks like I had more hairs but they were much thinner than before. dutasteride definitely ruined my hair compared to how it was before taking it.

When I was on dutasteride I noticed my shedding was down, yet hair thinned. A lack of shedding may sometimes mean that hair is stalling out, as it isn't getting replaced soon enough. Conversely, shedding isn't always bad.
