I agree just looks like mature hairline to me. In fact I saw a pic of Johnny Cash earlier with his hair back and it was kinda like yours. He had all his hair for years.

I know how you feel. I once was obssessed with it.

The fact is this.

-It may remain the same.

-it may recede say an inch then remain the same into old age.

-it may keep receding in a male pattern baldness pattern.

over half the male population will experience some loss in male pattern baldness shape by the time they get old.

Theres no point in worrting about it, youll only make it worse. My advice is this. As hard as it is forget about it for now and reassess in a yrs time.

Ur a male and unless ur one of the lucky ones who never loses, youll most likely at least recede into a mature hairline. U cant do anything about this except get a tranplant.

if in a yrs time if ur still receding then go see a dermatologist and get ur hair mapped for miniturization. This will tell u if u have male pattern baldness, or just getting a mature hairline. If u have male pattern baldness then try treatments.

For now ur hair seems almost perfect to me. youll have to wait it out.

don't be like i was and waste 10 yrs of ur life worrying about something u cant change. enjoy it while u still have it.

dude your obsessing massivly. You will loose hair if you continue to worry about your hair line as its pretty much perfect. If your not on any meds, dont get on them.

instead experiment with different hair styling products, hair cuts and mabey a nice shampoo or some keto shampoo once a month.

i think you would suit short back and sides, longer on top.

norwood 1 as youve got a mature hairline that looks wicked good.

Its normal for someone with BDD to obsess over your hair. I have BDD and if my hairline was as thick as yours and my hair was as good as yours I would not complain or worry. So if you are obsessing, I would stop. It can ruin your life. You do not show any signs of hair loss and if you had the slightest amount of thinning at your hairline I would find it on my BDD radar. Secondly, if you ever started losing hair, you have great hair characteristics for a hair transplant. If I could be guaranteed to get my hairline to look like yours from a hair transplant, I would have one immediately. I have fine straight hair and its the worst characteristics for a hair transplant.

Hey heartbroken...just wanted to comment on here too that I agree with everyone and that your hair looks really good & I honestly don't see any loss. I also wanted to add about what Dr. House has said about BDD and I totally agree with him because I have it also & I have been told by people. It's just that you see something and honestly something that probably don't really see or care about and it just drives you to the point that I feel hopeless at times when I am obsessing over nothing. But again, it looks great heartbroken!! :)
