I'm Going To To The Doctor Soon Any Thoughts On Whether They'll Prescribe Me Finnstrade??

I'm going to see if my doctor will prescribe finnstrade. But I'm afraid it could make my hairine even worse. Currently I'm taking hair thicking Shampoo and it's working fine. My main concerned is some small hairs on my left temple.

With your hair the doctor would refer you to see a psychiatrist. You're not crazy though, you do have some very minimal thinning at the hairline but you are still easily Norwood 1. I don't think you need finasteride. It hurt my hairline and while that reaction is fairly rare ( probably less than 5% ) it is a real possibility. My advice is don't get on finasteride as you still have a full head of hair.. I'm surprised you noticed that thinning at this stage.
