If I Dyed My Hair?

I have diffuse thinning hair that is dyed dark brown. I have very pale skin. I'm told by friends that my thinning/ bald scalp might be less noticeable if I dyed my hair.


If I dyed my hair some shade of blond what it conceal my thin hair/ bald spot better? I have very pale skin skin. When I dye my hair dark brown it sets up a pretty big contrast. What would happen if my hair color came closer to matching my skin color? Would I look less bald?

Dark hair on pale skin always looks thinner because of the contrast.

Even now after all the recovery success I've had I don't think I could go any darker with my hair colour as it may appear thin and wispy under direct bright light.
