Oh no, no, certainly not. I value my libido more than my hair. Shockingly, I have someone who has use for that libido despite the disgusting, increasingly sparse rat's nest on top of my head. No, I'm going the natural route. Either positive energy, exercise, and taking my vitamins will help or they won't, in which case f*** it, I'll go full Larry David like my father and just own it.

They won't. You might as well go ahead and shave it man. Even on meds its hard to stop hairloss. How old are you?

I'm trying to resist the baldcel route as long as possible because pretty much every late-20s through 30s white guy is bald and bearded now. I actually respect guys who have horrible hairlines/thinning who just work with it instead of against it more. I'm in my early 30s.

I feel you man. My dad was larry david bald at around 24.

Really, I feel like most guys I see don't start losing hair until their mid 30s. Its not that common to see guys in their 20s starting balding, atleast where I live.

15 medium pressure pulls. 8 hairs.

I have long hair and last showered yesterday during the day.

I feel like these are decent results. A few months ago I was getting TONS of hair just regularly running my hands through it.
This is awesome to hear. I get about 10ish (sometimes more, sometimes less) and I thought that was bad.

I think threads like this good be a good benchmark for shedding if we get enough replies.

Frankly dude, if you're pulling at your hair for hours it's gonna start coming out easier. Everybody loses some hair when they pull at their head, especially if they're anxious and are trying to figure out if they're balding (like myself). The Pillow test might be a bit more informative.

When I say pull I mean more like running your hand through your hair. I’m not actually pulling. But you’re right about the pillow test. I actually like the shower test to measure my shedding because I have a hair catcher. It used to be 50-60+ and now it’s in the 20s so that’s good. I just hate that every time I touch my hair it’s like I lose a strand.
