I have always taken a lot of confidence in my hair. But over the past year or so I've noticed my hair may be thinning at the crown. I've always had thin straight hair so maybe that's why it just looks worse than others. I'm very unsure, because of the thought that it may be all in my head.
My dad has gone bald on the crown so it may be in my genes but he's the only person I know in the family who has suffered from balding.
And I do have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and frequently gets really bad.
I'm aware on how stress and anxiety could be a factor with hair loss but still pretty uneducated with all of this.
Could it just be a cowlick that's always been there I've just never noticed? Or is it the start of a problem, and what should I do? Any input would be appreciated..
I've taken multiple photos in multiple lighting and angles so you guys can get a good idea on how it looks.
