You do look normal in public. Me and a friend (NW3-ish) we used to go to McDonalds sometimes, which is situatued on the first floor in a very busy street. We would sit at a table at the window to be able to look down in order to diagnose hair loss. It was always amazing to see how many of the passers-by had varying degrees of hair loss.
