It all depends. BTW ketacozonole is the active ingredient in nizoral. It's actually very effective for Androgenetic Alopecia and I think it's wasted in a shampoo that ends up down the drain in 5 mins. That's where the cream comes in, if you apply it as a cream it has more time to seep in and absorb. If you move off of nizoral then you can add a different shampoo with piractone olamine, which has been shown to thicken hair more than nizoral:

Well sh*t , now I just feel to dumb to treat my hairloss lol. It seems like you and some of the other people on this forum have really studied about on this stuff . I wish it was straight forward do xyz and you will keep your hair ... lol.

Also as to where to get this stuff, Amazon lol. Everything I listed is easily available there save the keto cream. You can get keto cream for cheap here:

https://www.alldaychemist.com/nizral.html

There are a number of piractone olamine shampoos, the one I use is Seba Med Antidandruff. You can find many brands of dermarollers and stamps on Amazon, as well as brands of pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto.

As for the big three, most people maintain but some won't. There's no easy answer. Unfortunately, we don't have a "cure" yet (but check out the Darolutamide thread over in the AntiAndrogen forum, if there are no/manageable sides that might end up being it). Balding kind of introduces you to how shitty life can be lol. You can't just listen to everything a doctor tells you and be fine. I've learned that the hard way a number of times. Doctors have to be jacks of all trades in all ilnesses, if you've got one they don't treat often they're just going to read to you out of the Big Book of Common Therapies that every doctor uses. If that doesn't work for you then they'll be sh*t out of ideas. Specialists know a bit more but even a Derma for instance has to have an encyclopedic knowledge of skin and hair conditions. There's not straightforward answers for much in this world, you have to do your own research much of the time. Most people get this kick in the teeth around "second puberty" near the end of their twenties, some of us get it sooner. Only way out is through though, no pain no gain. You just have to roll with it.

can you explain why? did you get that hair transplant? did it not go well or something?
im planning on getting hair transplant too soon. im on minoxi, but finastride didnt helped me much, so basically i count only on the hair transplant, and maybe another session in the future.

I was planning on waiting till 30 for the hair transplant and I just turned 29 two days ago. I'm a diffuse thinner, so a hair transplant by itself might do more harm than good. I need to increase my density before any moral hair transplant surgeon will touch me. Minoxidil isn't enough to do that so I've had to adopt a more aggressive regime.

brah this is not serum DHT supression which count but II5ar supression ;
and fina 1 mg supress 75-80% of type II5ar
fina 5 mg is closer to 90% with variation
duta 0.1 mg is also close to the 90%
and duta daily supresses 95-98 %

AND the sides are caused becase of the DHT supression in the serum ; 1mg to 5 mg supresse 70 % of serum DHT
duta 0.5 mg supresse 90%
And the increase testosterone feedback which get converted into oestradiol : 15 % in average with fina
and 25 to 30 % with duta

low DHT and increase oestradiol= great gyno combo for people sensitive to oestradiol !

Why would 5-alpha R reduction be the goal and not DHT suppression?

Well what actually happened was I badgered my girlfriend to have sex with another guy so I could watch.
It took some convincing to get this to happen.
I chose the dude and I was comfortably in control the whole time.
I suggested what he or she could do in this sex romp and they where the perfect students. (I took photos)

Then, after it was all over we never saw that guy again. He was actually a little too timid and nervous if you ask me.

Now the true definition of a cuckold is a man who is raising the child, or children, of another man.
Also a man who's authority has been usurped by another man, usually by this other man screwing his wife/girlfriend stealthily.
Also eventually loosing your wife or girlfriend to a stranger is, of course, another form of cuckolding.

You see it takes a secure man to view his wife/girlfriend getting consensually boned by another guy .
An "alpha cuck" if you will, haha...

Not a paranoid cuck.
Paranoid cucks are constantly looking over their shoulders waiting for Chad to steal their girl and eventually their manhood.
These types of people (paranoid cucks) constantly overuse and misuse terms such as "alpha," beta," and "cuck."

It's the language of one thing.... fear.
FEAR!! and it permeates these pages constantly.
It speaks volumes about how some of you guys view yourselves.
And really... how you view your place in this great wide world.
