I am losing more hairs after PRP therapy.. help me

I have been facing hair loss since 2010. At the beginning, I used to use minoxidil and Propecia which I have been still using but not regularly. Well, I could see the results like hair fall is stopped but not completely. So i decided to go for PRP therapy on last week(a week ago) But Since last couple of days, i am having more hair fall. I am not sure why my hairs started to fall again. Is it normal... Shedding after PRP therapy?

I am also thinking maybe it is good indication that losing dead and weak hairs so the new hairs will come out.. Am I right or not?

I had PRP a few times and I was told shedding can occur and this might indicate the treatment caused a temporary telogen effluvium. Once the hairs grow back, they may be thicker. Same thing happens with minoxidil.

Here i would like to add few things according to my experience..

Actually, It has been more than 20 days but still losing my hairs so much which makes me so worried Even I started to apply quite regular minidoxil 5% and eat Finasteride 5mg once a day.

Honestly, it changed my mind and decided to go for hair transplant but really worried maybe hair transplant will also not work for permanent solution

Any suggestion?

Nope.. I m using this Finasterida 5mg.
