I know it is difficult to predict where the hairloss will eventually ends in male pattern baldness. But if you were ask to tell the way of predicting final baldness outcome what that ways would be?

It's easy when you are a diffuse thinner otherwise no one knows. I am the only one with retrograde alopecia in my whole family, father's side and mother's side so the family history is not always the answer.

At the age of 34 my top is little thinner than sides and back and I am NW2, does it mean eventually my entire top would be vacant? At 50 or 60
BTW how do you find my English? Is it understandable and grammatically correct?

You might not be slick bald since you are already 34 and your hairloss seems to progress slowly, but you will continue to lose hair in that area. Your English is decent.

The pattern is laid out very early and it is mostly progressive and doesn't stop in my experience.

Well that doesn't really bode well for me then. So you belief that diffuse thinners are destined to become NW6?
Well I am confident that I won't be worse than Harrison Ford, when I get his age, but that is not good enough for me, I want better. Soon I am about to speak with doctor about combo finasteride + lowering estrogen meds(possible Arimidex)

A good doctor will be able to tell you, definitely a dermatologist if you can afford it. Search for a nearby one that specialises in hair loss
I think that was a legitimate answer.. family history is a good clue.

Is your father is bald, most probably you will be . Like if you father have prostate cancer, most probably you will be, as if you daddy have blond hair, most probable you have it. Damn, is so f*****g basic.

buzz your head even all around and you will see your final pattern. when I had longer hair, I thought my final pattern was NW5, now I know that my final pattern is Norwood 6, and possibly approaching 7. It is what it is.
Look at a picture of you at your first birthday party. That will be your final hair pattern

I was like NW2 diffuse at my first birthday,so I will be like that most of my life? I like the buzz method ,buzz hair and see density all over and you get an idea of final stage.

My father is not bald at 73 ,diffused though . can't say it is senile alopecia or male pattern baldness.
