Hi guys.
I hope you are all safe and well in these crazy times!!
Well after my rocky start to my hair system journey I am in full swing and completely self sufficient due to my baptism of fire from my terrible initial system and fitting. but anyway as one of my previous posts explain I don’t get on with glue at all but have great results from tape.
so I tape even the hairline and it’s great. my only real concern or bug bear is that I have always sweat from my head a fair bit which gives its own problems with a hair system. So I am looking for recommendations for some kind of antiperspirant for the head m. The ghost labs no more sweat is not what it says as it only helps the curing process it is not an active antiperspirant.
so come on guys let me hear your experiences.

I also sweat a lot, so during summer I always de/re on a weekly basis. I have head of, but not have tried prescription antiperspirants. I same some of the OTC ones that still require daily application, so that won't work for someone who does not daily de/re.

I would say check with your doctor.

I don't use one all the time, but the one I have is called Maxim. It's an unscented medical strength anti-perspirant, and I find it very effective. Hair Direct stock it, but I'm sure you can get it on Amazon and elsewhere too.

I have some called anhydrol which looks very similar to maxim. It says hands, feet underarms but not head but if you have tried it I will give it a go

There's SweatBlock 'No Sweat' wipes which worked well for me last summer. I also tried Protouch: No Sweat - a scalp protector, but I believe to less avail.

It's the flip side to the nice weather to be honest. Make your peace with having to de:re more regularly (and find a way to build it into your weekly schedule) and it will actually feel like a refreshing experience rather than a drag!

I use an over the counter product called Certain Dri and haven't noticed a drop of perspiration. I apply it to my forehead before I sleep and never had any issue with sweating.
