Im a diffuse thinner, and I use liquid minoxidil, just put the applier on my scalp between my hairs and drip a little, no to much so that it will stay on its place. Dont rub and leave it to dry, then you wont see anything.
It has made my hair much thicker! minoxidil gave my amazing results. First finasteride stabilized and I also use a 1 percent keto shampoo. Then a year after that I began with minoxidil and I got amazing results. You definitely have to give it a try and it will become part of your routine, nothing hard about it.
