Hi, I usually wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week and just apply nizoral after I have wash the hair with regular shampoo before, so that way it is easier to apply, then leave it there while I wash the body, so basically a couple minutes

Wash my hair every night before applying minoxidil, i use t-gel and viviscal gorgeous growth conditioner. Nizoral was too harsh on my hair and i think it's benefits are a bit overrated.

Nizoral is a first generation ketoconazole shampoo with a lot of sh*t ingrediants like SLS that can cause more shedding and should not be used often.

Much better options are currently available but Nizoral remains a part of "The Big 3" even though that's a highly outdated keto shampoo because it was first on the block.

I would wash my hair daily until two months ago. Now I wash it twice a week..sebum which flows through hair get disrupted if hair is damaged which makes it settled near skin and follicles(Armando Jose theory) .sebum contains dht so you must get rid of it .I think people with good density shouldn't wash hair more than twice a week and also keep hair longer which drains sebums out from follicle and scalp.

Most tap water contains chlorine which snatches important hair lipids from scalp and hair. Too much sebum or too little can aggravate balding because sebum in excess cause inflammation and too little also cause inflammation because sebum is slightly antimicrobial and we need it in moderation.
