We have some guys in here your age and they started hair loss around 40. Usually if steroids cause some hair loss it can mean you are prone to MBP. What is your Norwood level?
Norwood 2. I've done a bunch of cycles in the past and never visibly lost hair.

I am prone to male pattern baldness otherwise I would be a Norwood 1. I'm just not very prone to it and have somewhat resistant follicles to have all the hair I do at 40 after cycling for the past decade or more.

What differentiates me and the other guys who lost at 40 is that this happened while I was on a Trenbolone cycle (the most powerful steroid known to man... my first go at Tren) and going through prolonged periods of fasting.

Also the fact that sudden hair fall is usually the result of drugs, hormonal fluctuations and extreme and fast changes in body composition. And the fact that my hair is shedding everywhere except my hairline so far, thank god, not in specific male pattern baldness zones.

It's only been just over a month. I expect it to subside without meds as it does in most roid related cases. Though the hair denisty of the lost hair shafts may come back thinner.

I agree you should probably wait at least six months to see if your hair gets worse. You can always use some shampoos that help with hair loss in the mean time like Regenepure Dr. If your hair does not improve or gets worse then I would consider liposomal topical finasteride if you are concerned about hair loss. You most likely will remain a low Norwood for the rest of your life if you stay proactive about it. Unfortunately, no one can really predict their final Norwood pattern but most show their potential Norwood pattern by 35 years old.

Regenpure DR is already on the way. Ordered a couple days ago. I appreciate an educated mind considering all the baseless trolling in this thread.

I have alot of experience( for myself over 14 years) in being proactive with hair loss treatments. I have unfortunately been stranded on this island I mean forum for over 10 years and have seen enough cases to know what to advise.

The biopsy I just got shows 21% telogen on top, 28% telogen in back, and 21% vellus everywhere else. The rest is intermediate or terminal. What do you guys think? I think I’m suffering from Telogen Effluvium but am afraid it could be causing rapid miniaturization from hair cycling.
