Dermaroller without minoxidil is useless. Propecia is base if you want to keep your hair. Dutasteride is for later when/if Propecia does not work ( anymore ).

I used propecia 6 months ago but its made reflex hypo. Very oily skin,acne, very crazy shedding.

Now, i guess falling 200 hair daily. :(

That's not even close to NW2, imho.
You're a bit receding on the sides, but it could not be male pattern baldness. Just go to a good dermatologist specialized in hair, get done a videodermoscopy to see if there is some miniaturization and made a therapy with him. Anyway in general temples are hard to treat, so don't exepect a lot of gains.

I have very small hairs on my temples. Dutasteride isnt works for them?

Yes Duta should work on temples but it's not a candy. You should seek a doctor and talk to him before take this drug, make with him a therapy.

How long have you been dealing with the symptoms of reflex hyperandrogenicty? Do you have a burning sensation on your scalp, too?

No, my scalp never burn. Just shedding and acne , oily face. Dropped this drug and symptoms gone. But i dont think propecia is effective.

You are not 2.5 Norwood at all. You have thick dark hair. Maybe a little maturing hairline. For that hair and that density at 26-27 on this forum some would commit murder. Hopping on such an hard drug as duta for your situation is not something i would do if i were your personally..
