I've never seen so much negativity on any forum and I totally understand it. Believe me, there were many days I was paralyzed with the heaviness of depression that comes with the hair loss. The number of nights I cried myself to sleep and the feeling of loneliness that nobody with hair f*****g understands what we're going through is making me sick...

But what the f***. What can we really do about it besides taking pills for 80 years old granddads with serious prostate problems, putting unknown chemicals from China laboratories on our scalps which were never really tested on humans, inserting threads into our heads ( still respect @champpy for doing this )? Ironically, at the same time, we need to be grateful to have all this option available today.

Look... If we have no control over our DNA, we certainly have a lot of control to go to the gym and leave every ounce of our physical energy there, to become the most hardworking entrepreneur or employee, to become mentally strong due to this balding sh*t, to become most charismatic, social-savvy and funniest guy you know and at the end of the day I know some guy will cross our path and save our balding heads. That day we'll understand hair loss was the best thing that happened to us because we'll all be rich, jacked, strong and charismatic motherfuckers with the full head of hair.

Now stop reading this forum every 5 f*****g minutes to see if the cure just came around and go to work!

The next treatment that works somewhat will be pgd2 inhibitors like fevi. Everything else is a pipe dream at this point of time.

Man. I read hope, I read despair, and I sit here and think about how f*****g hopeless my own situation seems. My hair doesn’t seem to even grow back at all anymore. I wonder if this pill or that topical will save me while I watch my hair look more and more repulsive every day. f*** man. Like. I want to hope but I can’t. Truly just wish I was dead at this point. I’m in f*****g agony. I don’t like being alive with this sh*t. the cure for me would not be waking up tomorrow. I’m so f*****g done

Just hang in there. New treatments are coming =)

If everything turns to sh*t (can't see it though, future looks promising), and if you have the head shape for it, get an fue+smp and keep it shaved. That is what I am planning to do.

if all these new companies opened their offices in Russia, we would have learned the results in 6 months. and here all sorts of mice and stuff last 10 years ... in Russia everything is simple - you give paper to a person, if he agrees with possible side effects (even if it's cancer), let him sign. Believe me, many will sign, and if it's all free, then even the queue will be.

Nice try bro.
Just went to sh*t at the end. Hair loss is the best thing that happened to us?
f*** NO!!

We might be able to live good lives dispite hair loss, but it will never be the best f*****g thing that happened to us.

I feel like that most nights. But if these treatments ever come and save us, you're the first person I want to talk to. So hang in there, @Georgie , even if it is just for some guy on an internet forum.

You live in Russia? That is very interesting thought. I know a few Russian scientists, very brilliant people, so I wonder why they haven't pursued anything regarding hairloss there. (?) (?)

Wow. The phase 2 trial is ending soon.
Unlike Japan, USA has three stages, right? So that means another 2-year trial... assuming that this result is favourable?
i often read this and people hate me for saying the opposite, in japan you can commercialize if phase 2 trials are conclusive about safety and efficacy, but that doesn't mean they get to skip phase 3 trials.
Conditionnal approval after phase 2 trials means they get to sell their product to a restricted number of patients ( in thousands ) but not available to the mass yet, they still have to provide data gathered from those first patients and use them for phase 3 trials which in other words means this regulation is inteded to be cost effective and more relevant since phase 3 trials can cost up to 50 million $ (numbers provided by Mckinsey & company).
So yes they can begin commercialising after phase 2 trials but they still have to provide data for 7 years after begining to commercialise it, and that data will be used for phase 3 trials.

A lot of people tend to go overboard with the smp, but I would just add a little bit of it, not too much. Then keep it as short as possible. You could even use some beard hair.

There are more examples if you just google shaved smp fue.

Those look good. I wonder if there are any "special effects" in those pics. And also, does it look consistent from all angles?
Do you think a shaved head (to the skin) would look good with SMP + FUE?

Some people really go overboard. Way overboard.
This is one of the guys who own HIS Hair Clinic: http://3b1rei1g80li17gzklst5pgc-wpe...p-content/uploads/2016/07/Ianfue2-481x855.png

Looks like a f*****g helmet tattooed on his head. The caption with this photo was "incredible results " etc etc

Well, that's a bummer.
And we can be sure that Phase 3 will take a few years, right? Shiseido's Phase 2 is 39 months!!

Source?

The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD. Act) instituted a conditional approval system for Regenerative Medical Products in Japan.

Mr Sadila, phase III trials don't last seven years.
And noone ever said that everybody would be able to get the cure after phase II trials.

i haven't said that they d have to last 7years i said that they have to provide data for 7 years after conditional approval, part of that data can be used for phase III trials which can or cannot be concluded way before 7 years.

Phase III trials very rarely last more than three years.
