Is that because you think statham is too good for the role or because he is not good enough?Sean68 said:uncomfortable man said:That would be great to see statham as bond.
no, no it wouldnt. james bonds a tired old cliche at the best of times. daniel craig has breathed some new life into it but just...no.

Sometimes you've got to hurt to heal, brother. You know, you need rain to make a rainbow. :fun:All inspired by negative self defeating thoughts, no less.
s.a.f said:Transporter better than Bond? Are you serious, transporter is a silly beat em up flick for 11 yr old boys. It could've been done by Van Damme. Bond is one of the biggest movie franchises of all time.
s.a.f said:I think Stathams probably blown his chance of being Bond by playing all those ridiculous 'mockney' roles.

Statham is one trick pony, ie, cockney hard man... All his roles are the same, he looks the same, acts the same, talks the same.
Sorry had to be said. I don't understand where all the praise for him comes from.
Well yes, if they grow it out long enough but that is besides the point. The O.P. was upset that they hired a young actor with a full head of hair to play a role that he thought the main character was bald. I could see how he might get that misconception since you cant really see any shadow on agent 47's head, but like I said before the character does not have male pattern baldness, his head is just bict to the skin. So in this case the O.p. was wrong, but his complaint about not even bald actors get bald roles is pretty justified. Collin Ferrell played a bald (shaved) villain in the Daredevil movie. Jeff Bridged played a bald villain in the Iron Man movie. Johnny Depp played Hunter S. Thomson in Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas (great flick btw). Tom Cruise shaved his head in Minority Report as well as playing a bald man in Born on the Fourth of July and more recently in Tropic Thunder. In Hollywood there aren't any real mainstream bald actors, so it makes sense to cast the big names that everyone knows and do the rest in the makeup department. :dunno:They're pretty retarded for stating THAT as the reason why. Dont nw7's also have hair to leave behind?
