Да спиронолактон имеет некоторое сродство к рецепторы но все же не является биоэдентичным гормоном человека.Помимо этого он изгоняет слишком много воды так как воздействует на почечные рецепторы,много минеральных веществ покидает ваш организм.Лично я на нем почувствовал что то вроде артрита костей когда присутствовала некоторая боль в суставах.Ещё у него есть такая побочка как вызывать внутренний звук внутреннего уха так называемый тиннитиус
