According to my observations, caffeine stimulates testosterone production, while alcohol reduces it.

My sperm has become watery, I still have erections in the morning, the musky smell of sweat is gone, and my feet don't smell anymore either.

We continue treatment for androgenic alopecia with spironolactone 25 mg. Photo 1 shows a very good response to the drug, hair lengthening, hairline straightening. Photo 2 shows a lesser response to the drug, but also shows results.

I also excluded coffee from my diet because it increases androgenic activity, the skin becomes more oily in the forehead area and the hair becomes oily.

Your hair density looks good in that photo.

I just use Finasteride and Minoxidil. That does the job for me.

That should be enough for androgen alopecia, that's really all you need.

If you're Caucasion, you have a higher follicle density, and you will go balder sooner than a non Caucasion person.

(Why is spell check marking Caucasion? does anybody know, I think that's how it's spelled).

Testosterone receptors need to be blocked. A single cell can have many such receptors, but only one estrogen receptor. Many transgender men and women have achieved very good results by taking spironolactone + E2. E2 will be present in the blood and create estrogen receptors in the cell. Meanwhile, spironolactone will block testosterone receptors.
