You are in an ambiguous territory between 'looks fine thats just your cowlick' and 'yes you have very early stage thinning in your crown.'
I do not think it is possible to make an inference with that picture alone. Other things must be taken into account such as shedding, family history, and miniaturization. If this does not bring you to a conclusion I would take another photo in 3 months and compare. If it is worse then that is not a normal hair crown.
