The corner stone of healthy anything is a good diet.
I'm pretty f**ked in the dietary situation.
....lots of thai food, man its so cheap.
But yeah are there any Health Buffs or Fitness Buffs out that can help me out with a good well rounded diet.

i only see this as a beneficial step, as the big 3 along with a kick *** diet should knock back the bald..

cheers

The best diet is one that is specifically tailored to your individual genetics, so this is really something that you have to be much more proactive in forming.

The best start for anyone however is a large breakfast everyday high in fat levels. Primes your body for proper metabolism throughout the day.

Diets are good for general health but m.p.b is not about general health, you can be a slob or a super athlete and still go bald exactly the same. Diet does not combat m.p.b.

Now that's a good post. You can eat the healthiest diet the world has ever known but you can't really change your genetics. Eating right should be everyone's goal for good health, but don't count on it changing your male pattern baldness if your family's genetic makeup dictates such.

The hair skin and nails are great markers for your overall nutrition. the right diet will have an effect, the amount is specific to each persons circumstances.

this is a dumb argument. it is just as likely that eating healthy would increase androgens and speed up hair loss.

Lol. Wrong. This is a stupid argument pushed by ignorant people with medieval beliefs who are too proud to accept that they have no control over their genetic.

Your lack of knowledge never ceases to amaze. It's not an argument, it's a fact. Don't believe me? Ok, since your hair growth is only related to your genetics and your overall accessory organs have nothing to do with nutrition then explain the appearance of anorexics.

Seriously, did you even think that post through for a second?

lol wrong again, this argument is being pushed by an ignorant retard who probably struggled to finish high school. Better Nutrition can increase blood flow, which funnily enough is what most laser combs do.

No one is arguing (at least i don't think anyone is arguing) that eating a good diet overall wouldn't improve the quality of and appearance of the hair that you have now. However, if you are genetically predisposed to get move toward the dreaded horseshoe balding appearance (aka, like Ron Howard, for example) where an individual becomes slick bald on tope, then you can eat the greatest, most disciplined diet in the world and it won't really help you. Just the facts. Diet doesn't impact true male pattern baldness.

The sad thing is, they are and they don't see anything absurd about that.
