Have no clue what to do rn, pissing me off too, I’m with someone too and use hair fibres to cover up my bald so she doesn’t know. Is there a way I can just turn all this around or should I just tie a noose

Dude you need to cut your hair way shorter. Like an inch in the front and half an inch in the back. That haircut doesn’t do you any favors.

Same as mine was 5 years ago. It progressed slowly. Minoxidil 9 months did f*** all. Finasteride did nothing in 12 months. Deep tissue massage made it worse, dermarolling is good if your hair is very short as any longer get cut. Gave up 2 years ago. Got a cancer last year. Went through chemo lost every single body hair. They grew back thin as never. But....one but...I am still here. 6 months into remission. Don't worry you are not only one guy in there. Hair is f*** all important. Health is wayyyyy more important. Wish you good luck

In the grand scheme this is important. I've been going through lymphoma tests n diagnosis, of course slowly over the last 2 years. So far I am clear, but they haven't done the real tests to completely n 100% rule it out. Without asking "why?", this is just how it works with insurance.

Aside from that, most young ppl will not get cancer, or even worry about it. Not unitl the first wave, around late 40's. So hair is important, and this guy looks mid 20'sish, so I'm sure he's worried.

BUT, cut that god damn hair, keep it less than an inch. I know you think you're covering it up to some extent, but you're not. You look like the typical middle eastern guy who keeps this long waving comb over til he's damn near slick. Get on finasteride n minoxidil NOW, wait it out 6 months n see where it gets you.

I put hair fibres to make it look like I have hair so I can style it to look decent, I look good when it’s covered up. I can do finasteride everyday, but minoxidil twice a day with work and washing hair like twice a day? That’s excessive, if would’ve been okay if I worked at home. Can minoxidil be taken orally? Idk I need an alternative or can I use it like 3-4 times a week?

Probably a 5ar inhibitor would be the course but do your homework really well before. Also consult a specialist. There are risks asociated with every medication and Finasteride has its own. Some are blessed and some are cursed with it.

You're fooling yourself, n probably not the girl. That dust will not make it look good.

No. Only topical without major possible side effects. Then put it on once a day, at night. Or but the foam, dries in twenty minutes. I know you're worried about it getting in the way of that toppik crap, but again, you're hair is too thin for it to be fooling anyone. It's really only meant for slight thinning.

the fibres actually look really good idk what your beef is with that. You can only tell if you feel my head. So I can use foam once every night? Does washing your hair everyday make hairloss worse?

I'm sure it looks good, don't worry about haters. I have much worse thinning than you and with fibers my hair looked perfect. I upgraded to dermmatch because I hated the fear of rain, wind, or being touched.

I was with my girlfriend for 9 months before I told her about my hair problem. I felt guilty and wanted to tell her earlier but was afraid of the possible consequences. Then so much time went by that it was harder to tell her.

Over time I told her little bits, just that I had hair thinning issues that I was fighting. She would always say stuff like "no, you are crazy, your hair is perfect!" Then for a while I told her used basically Hollywood level techniques to make my hair look better. My hair is worse than yours, I have to cut my hair myself and style it a certain way to get the full illusion.

We even showered together daily and she never knew. I'd just never wash my hair with her in the shower and after would wash my hair around times when she wasn't over.

Then we moved in together, and I told her I used hair products to thicken my hair up and that it was embarrassing, but she didn't understand the extent. She respected my wishes for privacy when I had to wash and do my hair.

Then around the 9 month mark I said f*** it and showed her a picture of me without the fibers and explained to her what I was working with. She didn't care, was just fascinated and wanted to see my process. I showed her and it was no big deal.

It is the equivalent to girls wearing makeup. We are about to hit our 2 year mark and over the last 6 months I've even been comfortable enough to not put concealers in when we aren't going out. I wear them about 4 to 5 days out of the week. Nothing changes between us when I'm not wearing them, just like nothing changes between us when she isn't wearing makeup.

If you've been with the girl long enough that she loves you, she most likely won't care. My girlfriend said it made us closer because I was able to share something that worried me so much.

First 2 pics... I was wondering what your issue was but yeah I see your problem.
I don't see any problem in someone using toppik(most of Hollywood use it).
A pic of your hair with hair concealer would be handy, I think you should try finesteride because the crown seems to be your main thin area and finasteride works best in that area.
Good luck mate hope things get better for you.
