Hey guys I was just wondering if Head and Shoulders shampoo (Moisture Infusing to be exact) is gentle enough for everyday usage. It says on the back that it is but I just wanted confirmation from any (past) users.
I would say that I have a more oily scalp than a dry scalp.
Also I have a question regarding styling products and leaving them in overnight. I usually shower after I finish working out and before I go out. Afterwards, I apply a water-based clay or putty product to my hair. After I get back home, I just wash my face, brush my teeth, and then go to sleep.
My question is, is it detrimental for my hair/scalp to leave the styling product in overnight while I sleep? I used to shower before I slept as well, but then that means taking 3 showers a day. I wouldn't mind taking so many showers if I didn't have a concern with my hair thinning/falling out.
