Have Started Shedding On Finasteride

Hi all. I have been on Finasteride since April of this year. Now nearly 6 months into it I have started shedding. In the first 2 weeks of starting Finasteride my shedding decreased and went to none and was like this until about last month when I started shedding.

Is this normal or is it something I should be worried about? Why would I suddenly start shedding 6 months into treatment?

Because people ( myself included ) freak out when more hair than usual starts falling out. Also from my personal experience when I was having success on oral minoxidil I lost like less than 20 hairs a day ( it was averaging 200 before! ) so shedding can definitely be scary, especially when you think/know you are losing ground up top.

You need to stop being emotional with hair shedding.
