Well im fucked, not eligible for a hair transplant....
Really? I thought they were the best tbh...
They said my donor area was too sparse..
I mean its probably at a 3 grade around the back and sides, she took a pic and it did seem a little sparse,
it does feel thick though,
She said to get some blood work done, I have been tested and all my levels are normal and within range
getting test and b12 done monday so we shall see if anything is causing the problem
I don't think a transplant is worth it for you. Hair piece might work better.
Your head looks very good shaved from what I can see.
You want to ask about numbers if you go for a consultation. How much hair will you lose in your lifetime versus how much hair you will have left on your head? Then how much of that hair left can be used for a hair transplant covering what area percentage of hair loss and at what percentage of original density?
For example if you lost 50% of your hair which is about 20,000 fu how much would you have left and that number would be about 20,000. How much can you take from that donor area and still be safe long term? Will the donor area thin and how does that affect the available number in the donor area and the transplanted hair? You want to write all these numbers down and compare them to what other clinics have to say. Once you have about a dozen evaluations you should see a pattern start to develop. Cross the pattern to what you see others are saying online. Maybe your percentage of loss will be even greater then 50%. You don't know you need the numbers first and foremost because when you start getting past 50% then the result tends to look ridiculous and in that case you are better off looking normal.
The more information you gather over time the better you will be at figuring out what the truth is and if this is a good idea or not. And of course view hair transplant work in person most especially those cases with extensive loss. Pictures and videos online do not even come close to real life and that should be the test. What does this actually look like when I am within a social distance? Is it an improvement or is it a step backwards. Good luck in your research.
Nick.............Jean dislikes this comment. He doesn't want you asking too many questions. He doesn't want you to see dozens of patients with similar hair loss patterns who have had surgery and view them at a social distance. He doesn't want you to understand the math because the math might not add up and then you will not sign up. Jean would like you to just take his word for it. All you need to do as look at the history of his postings on any forum and ask yourself why would any normal 23 year old kid being doing this on a daily basis? Even with that first mistake I made at 23 I was spending my time dating women.............well because I was 23 and that is normal. Now that I am 54 I like to spend my time teaching others and passing on my life experience because that too is normal.
I would suggest using logic.
Logic would suggest that you should stop posting misleading posts. ThanksYour head looks very good shaved from what I can see.

Was it this confusing for everyone attempting to get a hair transplant?
Look into Dr Cinik. I've seen some good work for advanced loss cases like yours from him. Only 1990 Euro as well.
You won't get full coverage I hope you know
