My friend lost a testicle in a nasty football(soccer) tackling incident when he was about 18-19 years old.

He is now 27 and still has the thickest head of hair with no recession rather schwimmer-esque really.

I was wondering that the loss of one nut may have helped him in keeping his hair so thick.

Does anyone know?

His voice is a little high but its always been that way - he has no beard growth and very little body hair - I ain't seen his c*** n' bollock though so I he may have a pubic bush.

It's down to his good genes. In cases where people lose a testicle, the other one invariably upregulates its testosterone production.

Can you check and see how big the other one is? This can help you determine exactly how much testosterone he's producing.

he's absolutely fine health wise.

and his remaining plum is of normal size as far as i'm aware.

AFAIK, it shouldn't make any difference if you have one or two balls. The sole nad will take over for his fallen brother.
