Hairpiece Vendor with Consistency

Hello,

I am looking for a vendor that provides best possible consistency. With my current vendor I do have constant inconsistency: sometimes the color is off, sometimes the density is off etc. I am tired of this. I am aware of the fact that no piece will ever be the same as another one. However, I am talking about major inconsistencies, avoidable inconsistencies, i.e. significant differences in color and significant differences in density.

Any suggestions which vendors can provide this service?

Did hats off hair go bust with many customers out of pocket?

I don't think anywhere offers 100% (or even 95%) consistency all the time. Hairpieces are highly personal and intimate things, yet are made by low-paid workers in darkest China who can't understand English. There are bound to be slip-ups. The best you can hope for is a supplier who, if there is a problem, will put it right quickly and without a fuss. I know at least 2 - Toplace and NorthWest Lace - who are in that category, and I am sure there are others. The other important thing is to always have a wearable spare and to re-order in good time. There is nothing worse than finding your order has been screwed up when your only unit is on its last legs. Panic can start to set in in those circumstances.

Noah is spot on with his post. Quality can vary between and within suppliers, but if you have developed a good relationship with a trusty supplier all those issues can be minimised. That said, the OP errors should never happen to that extent. There should always be quality control to iron out the most glaring mistakes.

Always have an emergency piece ready and forward plan your needs as there can be potential delays in production that can make each day seem like a week.
