Hello everyone,

My family doctor prescribed Androgel (1%) 2.5g/day to raise my testosterone is low. I take the bags to apply on the shoulders and bras since August 3. My next blood test is in 4 months.

However, it is a known fact that it induces hair loss. My alopecia is still going on and I did not like to accentuate it. Are there natural boosters of testosterone? Is someone here going to guide me?

I made a small list:
-Tongkat ali
-Tribulus terrestris
-Pin pine
-L-arginine
-Shilajit
-Suma root
-Other?

I would like some advice about dosing, reliable sellers, etc.

Thank you!

You can't take something which increases testosterone and expect not to lose hair unless you are genetically resistant to the condition. If you must use this drug then I would recommend also using finasteride to help prevent more hair loss.

I take Androgel during 4 days. Do I create new irreversible problem with my hair in only 4 days of Androgel treatment?

I need a natural alternative because my sexual dysfunctions are very terribles. I must fix my problem very speed because, with the time, my penis atrophies. It's the result to many years of no spontaneous erection during days and nights. I'm very close of suicide. Severe sexual dysfunctions (with penile atrophy possibly irreversible) + big hairloss (possibly irreversible)= no reason to continue.

...And since I take Androgel, I think my hair more itching.

See an endocrinologist to make sure everything else is working properly.

I can't see a endocrinologist, my family doctor don't want to refer me. I'm in Québec and I need to be refered. When it's impossible, I have not other choice to go private doctor, but it's realy expensive $$$

Whatever, First step is: increase my testo naturally avoiding to accentuate my hair loss.

I drop Androgel and I started AlphaTest (MuscleTech / ProSeries) 3 days ago. It's a package of 120 capsules that a friend brought me. I Take 4 capsules a day. But it can also induce hairloss. And it's surely less effective than Androgel. So, I'm always looking for something even better.

Here is the list of potential products:
-Tonkat ali
-Tribulus terrestris
-Pollen pine
-L-arginine
-L-citruline
-Shilajit-Suma
-Suma root
-Others?

I have seen several natural products for them also induce alopecia. Is it because some people take high dosage?

So, what I would like is someone who help me about dosage, safe sellers, best natural product for me, combinations to avoid. etc.

Also, I want to try penis pump. I know it's impossible to have a big penis if I not the genetic for that. I want to try that because I never have spontaneous erection. I I use that, I will help my penis to have good blood circulation and wish to stop the penile atrophy (and maybe recover my real size if my atrophy is not irreversible).

I really need help to find the best pump, most security, type of pump the better adapted for me. safe sellers, etc.

Thank you!

I think you mean Clomiphene also known as Clomid. It won't necessarily elevate total testosterone but it affects SHBG to increase free testosterone. Adding Dhea approaches another pathway. Tongat ali would also be a good try but not as sure as the Clomid. For the other thing you mentioned check vacutech dot com.

Most younger men suffer from secondary hypogonadism where their brain is not signaling to produce testosterone because something, such as estrogen mimicking chemicals are tricking the brain that there is a lot of estrogen which is the main negative feed back for testosterone production. While in reality there is not enough estrogen to suppress testosterone production nor is there enough testosterone. You can tell this by simply measuring your LH/FSH and taking Clomid which blocks this receptor in the brain and displaces the offending chemical restoring the brain's signaling.

In my theory THIS is the main cause of hair loss for younger men. While the brain thinks there is enough testosterone the body is starved of it so then increases local production of DHT which is a more potent Androgen to make up for lack of testosterone. This localized production (such as in the hair follices and prostate) leads to over activation or the AR in the tissues DHT is being converted in.

Taking supplemental testosterone can still increase DHT but there are studies that show using things like Clomid to restart production actually decreases DHT even though it doubles or even triples testosterone.

Your doctor should have tested you to see if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism prior to testosterone. If they did not I would look to reducing the testosterone until withdrawal and wait 3 months and get PROPER testing.

@itchymadscalp, it is possible also. As retinoid points out, interaction along the various pathways involved with LH, estrogen, etc., will start the brain signaling what it thinks is needed. I'll let you know first hand as I'm going to try Clomid in about a week or two. Then blood tests six weeks after.

For my Testoterone:

Thank you for reply!

Do you think about AlphaTest (MuscleTech / ProSeries)? It contain Tribulus terrestris, shilajit, zinc, etc.

It's very diffult for me to do real blood test with a endocrinologist. My family doctor is very reticent and don't have know about good testosterone therapy.

I'm in Québec, I need a prescription for public. Do you think I need to go in private endocrinologist clinic or just increase my testosterone naturally is ok?

So what I do? I continue Alphatest, or I start Clomid or Tongat ali? Which is the most safe for my hair?

For my penile atrophy:

I'm very affraid by penile atrophy. I have not had spontaneous erections for years, I do not erection during the night, I do not have a morning erection. By not spontaneously erection, the penis atrophies. I noticed that it is much smaller than before and I read that it could be irreversible ... Do you think about that?

I think to buy a penis pump to prevent, stop (and maybe reverse) penis atrophy.

Do you want help me please?
-Brand?
-Manual, to water, electric, with trigger, vibrant or masturbator maculin with penis pump?

I want big security, good brand with good material, less risks of injury, the best model for my problems.

UPDATE:
Yesterday, I checked penis pump at erotic stores.

I saw...

Penis pump to water:
-Batmate Hercule 150$ CAD (approximately 115$ US)
-Bathmate X30 220$ CAD (167$ US)
-Bathmate X40 275$ CAD (210$ US)

Manual penis pump to air:
-Worx Pipedream pump 50$ CAD (38$ US)
-Doctor Johnson Big daddy pump 160$ (121$ US)

Accessories:
-C-Ringz (3 rings of differents size) 16$ CAD (12$ US)
-Sex clean (to clean the pump and silicone) 13$ CAD

Rules:
• It is advisable to check that the pump has been tested and approved for use by health authorities in the country where you buy it: for example, the FDA in the United States.
• The pump you purchase must have a safety valve to prevent a device applying too much pressure on the base of your penis to cause injury.
• The materials of your pump must be of high quality, especially those of the silicone rings. The silicone should be soft and the torus as thick as possible to avoid getting into the flesh and cause injury.
• The pump must be delivered with a guarantee and a money-back guarantee.
• Before buying, check with your health insurance provider to see if the product is covered.

I have many questions:
-What the real difference between Bathmate X30 and Bathmate X40? Size? Performance? Quality of materials?
-Do you see a good choice?
-The seller say to me that the penis pump can be refunded just if there is a natural breakage and not if i'm not satisfied. Do you think I will able to have a refund if i'm not satified if I buy by internet?
-Do you have others suggestions for manual penis pump to air / penis pump to water for me?
-Which pump are the better for my problems? To air or to water?
-What the best: buy by internet or buy by erotic store?

Thank you!
