Hairloss Getting Aggressive Again (diffuse Shedding)

So today in the shower I was able to catch 80 hairs by hand. Caught like another 40 in the hair catcher. So im easily losing 130+ hairs per shower and more randomly throughout the day. Starting to get really worried.

Have any of you guys shed like this for a long time but was still able to keep your hair?

I shed more than that and have intermittent scalp burning... hair still above baseline. See below for wet hair with flash and dry with no flash vs pre treatment dry no flash.

I think you read too much into shedding. Your hair looks fine

I’ve never counted but it’s a huge amount. When I’m traveling and just rinse and dry my hair (don’t trust hotel shampoos) I will literally have atleast 100 hairs on the towel. Every time I rub my head in the shower there are 10-20 hairs

Oh alright that is assuring. My hair is maybe a little bit shorter than yours. Are you really 28 years old? If so your hair is great for that age.

Ya I’m 28. Grateful I didn’t even have to worry about hairloss until 27. I obviously want to keep my hair as long as I can, but it’s not panic attack inducing like it used to be... although I still get jealous of people who are much older than me with zero norwooding
