Hairloss Getting Aggressive Again (diffuse Shedding)

Yeah im gonna start an RU research sometime this week. Gonna drop finasteride and stick with just RU for 5 months and see what happens. Might make a thread on it.

I'll keep an eye on it. I've been researching ru now for almost 2 weeks. Not going to lie....scared of anything that's not FDA approved. Especially since it has been around for a while and dropped.

Hows everything going on it? Do you notice less shed hairs? Any sides so far? I thinknits worth giving atleast a 5 month shot.

well, i was on finasteride for about 2 months about pre-ru. It looks thicker. And the girl cutting my hair told me i had good hair, so I'm pretty optimistic.

If you aren't seeing improvements I'd give dutasteride a shot. I also have aggressive male pattern baldness and I shut its *** down with dutasteride.

I really don't want to use dutasteride because I have mild sides from finasteride. Did you notice a lower amount of hairloss in the shower when on dutasteride compared to finasteride?

How much do you generally lose in the showers? Like 50+? Your hair is pretty long so im assuming you lose a lot.

Well I don't count but i dont see any unless i run my hands through my hair. If i don't wash my hair for 2 or 3 days i see around 30-60 hairs.

Yeah mine is around 50-100 hairs if I dont wash for 2-3 days but my hair is a lot shorter. Is the dink still working fine on dutasteride? Also your hair looks really good rn!

Really? Its just the damn whisker hair..... i have yet to meet someone who has maintained their hair and has whisker hair. My temples are the problem. They are starting to reach my side burns. I hate whisker hair. I was on reddit and i saw a guy with it super bad. Look at this.

Im like a nw1.25-nw1.5 in terms of hairline but I have vertex thinning. The majority of my hairloss is right on the top of my head.

Hang in there. I bet you can beat this damn hairloss. I hope hair cloning will come out one day and i hope it will be affordable.

Yeah I hope so. My dad was already full bald when he was my age (22) and I only started balding a year ago so its gonna be tough.

I don't know my father side but my mother side has no baldness. So i dont know whats going on. I sometimes try to think its just a mature hairline. I was told im a Norwood 1.5 i think im a 2 but i pray i stay this way. Im very ocd. I started minoxidil. I hope minoxidil can help you. I heard you could crush up some spironolactone and mix it with minoxidil. Supposedly it really helps diffuse thinners.
