Ok, let's make it easy :
When I wake up in the morning I'm kind of confident. But as soon as I start spending too much time on my "hair needs to look good" routine, I lose this confidence not because of my hair, but more because I know that I judge myself too much doing this routine. Which makes me judge myself even more when I meet other people(our other mirrors)=loss of confidence.
However, when I don't spend too much time time on this "hair needs to look good" routine, I feel more confident because I care less.
So here is my question:
Are there people here who are able to spend lots of time on their hair in the morning and still feel confident during the day?
Would you have any psychological tips about this?
(As a Buddhist, my tip is when I look in the mirror to try to think that "I am not this body, I don't own this body, but I'm the soul who inhabits this body")
